T&T Computers provides managed IT services from Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania.
This policy explains what information we collect through our website, services and text messaging program, and how we use and protect it.

Contact information: name, business name, email address, mailing address and mobile phone number you give us.
Service information: details about your devices, network and support requests needed to deliver IT services.
SMS consent records: the date, time and method by which you agreed to receive text messages.
Website data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and support our services, respond to requests, schedule appointments, send service and account notifications, send invoices and billing notices, and meet legal obligations.
3. SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to reply to text messages or phone calls you initiate from that same number. We do not send unsolicited or marketing texts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, hosting, billing and messaging providers), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to perform their work;
when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach of personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by Pennsylvania’s Breach of Personal Information Notification Act (73 P.S. ยง 2301 et seq.).

You may withdraw SMS consent, by contacting us below. Replying STOP ends text messages immediately.
8. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

SMS Terms and Conditions
T&T Computers Customer Service Text Messages Effective date: September 30, 2026
1. Program description. When you opt in, T&T Computers will send text messages from [SMS NUMBER] about your IT services, including support updates, appointment and on-site visit reminders, service and outage alerts, and billing notices. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
2. Opting in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts through our website form, a signed service agreement or work order, or verbally by phone or in person, which we record. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
3. Cancelling. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to [SMS NUMBER]. After you send “STOP,” we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages again.

5. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
7. Privacy. For questions about privacy, read our Privacy Policy above. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
